Songs keep getting deleted from my playlist

Thanks! I would shut off my phone and when I turned it back on boom! All songs were deleted!!!! Happened three times I tried calling tech support but they were closed so I came here. Glad I did too. Thanks to this poster I went to Edit playlist on top right corner of the specific playlist page I added songs and then scroll to the bottom right and press grey Save button that's it! What a headache because the 510 Desire never required us to do this ...but it also didn't come wit Gorilla glass or scratch resistance and a faster processor...so I'm grateful.

Hey I have a really big problem so when I opened my play music it was telling me I had no music but when I went to my storage it had a few songs on my downloads . How do I transfer that to my music app

I'm sorry, but I didn't see the end all/be all solution here. I've not had this problem before when switching from one phone to another. And now that I have a Blackberry Keyone and just started having this issue, I thought this was a Blackberry issue, but now that I see others having this problem, its not a Blackberry K1 thing. How did this get initiated? I was always using PlayerPro and when I started seeing the problem on my new Blackberry, it actually did say "another app over ..something"..I can't remember the exact verbage and then gave me the option to "restore"..but it would happen again and again...I uninstalled PlayerPro and installed Pi Music player and its happening again and tried to restore, but it didn't work. Assistance please??

I'd like to add the fact that the main music library..ALL music/songs are there. Its only the music in the "Playlists" that keep dissappearing..cause I see all these issues where people are missing songs due to an SD issue? I don't think that is my problem here.
