Sony Remote Control Issue

I'm not sure if anyone is having problems with their remotes (Sony). My "Enter" button is not really working anymore and my track pad has seemed to lose a ton of sensitivity and barely works. All the other buttons working fine.

Do I dare contact Sony and waste weeks waiting for them to send me a new one? Do I take it back to Best Buy (I don't want to pack the whole TV up just for the remote).

Anyone else with similar problems?

I'm not sure what Best Buy could really do besides replace everything. Don't think they can swap out remotes since they most likely don't have any around. But it doesn't hurt to call them first to see. You may have to call sony and see if you can get them to send you a remote before you send that one back.

Sony has bad Battery!!!

The Sony AA batts that came with my google tv where not good! I had the same problem as you and all I did was put new AA Batts in and my remote (sony) worked perfect! Hope this helps save you time
