Sony Walkman inconsistence in volume bug.

Hi,I own an Xperia SP with android 4.3 and Iam so mad about my walkman. Despite having the latest walkman app,Iam stuck with a very irritating bug. When playing songs with sound effects on,the volumes of the songs keep fluctuating and getting louder then back to the original set volume then gets louder in the next track. I have tried clearing data and cache of both the walkman app and the sound enhacements app. Its no use,I did factory reset and still no change. Actually a couple of sony users have this problem but I havent seen any solution. Will wiping partion cache help in any way? I was reading reports on it. I also havent rooted my phone but I might just coz of this problem. Other music apps like google play music dont behave this way given the fact that it uses the same sound enhancement effets that walkman uses.I love the walkman app so I want a solution to be using it. Please advice if this clearing partion app will solve this problem or if there is another way.
