Sony X 10

Hi can anyone tell me how to connect my x10 to my computer I tried to connect with the cable but it came up as a hard drive and when I click on the icon it says insert disc I have got vista on my computer hope somebody can help

Google "MediaGo" and download off Sony's website.

What is it you want to do? 1)Sony have just released a version of PC companion that works with the X10 so you could try that. Downloadable from the Sony ericsson site.
2) When you connect the usb, wait a couple of seconds then pull down the notification screen on the phone and hit the usb notification. Saying "yes" to the "mount" request will give you access to the sd card like a HD.
I don't have Vista I'm afraid, but see how you get on with this.
