Sony Xperia Z2 or Z3 Compact?

I'm buying a new phone and I can't decide between Sony Xperia Z2 and Z3 Compact and I need you guys advice. The screen size is not a problem I work fine with big and small screens. I want to know which of them has less bugs and which is better with specs. Also I read on the internet that Z3 Compacts screen cracks very easily is that true?

My brother was Z2 and then changed it to Z3C. Praises both models, but much more like Z3C. I can not imagine even that should be done to damage the screen or back surface. As for me - the best phone Sony for today is Z3C!
