Sony Xperia Z5 vs. HTC One M9

Hello, I have question for you, which smartphone is better: Sony Xperia Z5 vs HTC One M9. I found more pros for Xperia Z5 (better camera, better battery life, waterproof, fingerprint scanner). Fast updates are important. Camera isn't that important, but it can't be weak. Performance is similar, but Snapdragon 810 in Sony's phone has got 2 heatpipes. HTC has got ONLY better speaker and stronger audio output, but Sony does quite well too. HTC is better-looking for me too. Anyway, fast updates are most important. Which one should I choose? Please, help me!

PS. Sorry for mistakes, English isn't my main language. And choose between this two, I don't care about another phones.

That's a very subject question, and you seem to have answered it by suggesting the Z5 is the better choice. Have you had a chance to use both phones in person?

I would go with the Z5. It's the newer hardware and the M9 is coming up on a year old.

Well, I only used Z5, because HTC One M9 is a very rare device in my country. You have to go to the biggest cities in country to use it. As I say: HTC has got ONLY better speakers and stronger audio output, which are not that important for me, so I'm going to get a Sony Xperia Z5. Anyway, thanks for your answers guys!
