Sooo my phone died in my pocket,while off..

Is there any way that the phone uses even the slightest amount of battery while off.? I turned it off because it was about to die(was at 5%) and when i plugged it in. The led light kept flashing red,which i think means the battery has to charge a bit for it to boot. So me thinking i broke it,held the power button and volume down and booted it up by the boot menu. So when i cheak my percentage,it was at 1. But when i turned it off it was at 5. Anyway the phone uses battery off.? At all.?

Naa, the battery measuring isn't really accurate, and usually changes when you reboot. The phone doesn't use battery when it's off, but like I said the measuring isn't accurate, so no need to worry about it
