I posted this in carriers, and nobody got back to me. So I am going to ask it here.

Can the reps and Bestbuy and Radioshack see the notes on my Sprint account? I called Sprint for an early upgrade and they gave it to me but it's only in the form of a note on my account. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone with knowledge could respond, a thank you.

im going to say not but i can not say for sure. I would call a best buy and ask.

They should have updated your renewal date, that's what they did for me. If they didn't do that for you or won't do that for you you'll likely need to have the rep actually call and speak to someone @ Sprint.

i am gonna assume no because the customer service reps and sprint store employees can't see the other's notes.

Best Buy cannot see them in their SNAP system, but they can call Sprint and the reps can let them know it is OK for you to upgrade via their notes.

I had a note on my account for and when pick up date, the RS rep could not access it and had to call to verify.
