Sort contact by last name

I've been trying to look for the option to sort and display my contract by last name and couldn't find the option.

Unlike, the note 1, the "display option" setting in contacts is completely gone. Did anyone have this problem as well?

I see that option when I open contacts and go into the settings on my sprint version.
