Sorting icons and other

my stock non-root N7(2012) is now loaded with lollipop 5.0.2. I cannot find out the solution of

!, After grouping app icons into a folder, how could i make them sort alphabetically?

2,What is the interval for the google acct autu sync? how to manual sync all data when i want? I cannot find a single "sync
now" button to trigger the manual sync. What i have to do is uncheck and recheck the "auto sync data" box

That depends on the launcher you're using. In Nova, for example, opening the folder gives you a menu (3 dots) and one of the items is Sort. I don't know the 5.0.2 default Nexus launcher, but many people don't run the default launcher on any device, since there are so many better (and free) ones.
