Sound gone hard reset and its back

I guess theres a software bug, sound worked for weeks, then one day no sound. Played w the bluetooth works, headphones works. No sound from its own speakers. Hard reset speakers work again. Now a few weeks later sound is gone again... wtf

I bought it new on May 14th Ok this is weird, after the reset nothing, tried the reset again 2 more times nothing for hours lastnight. I have the tablet this morning and i try 1 more time, nothing. So as Im calling samsung support at 1800 726 7864
as i get the tech support guy on the phone i touched a youtube video and the sound works right as the guy answers..

WTF?!!!!..............
