Sound issues - On vibrate but ringer still plays

I am running tasker with a task to mute my sounds while I'm at work. I have all the volume controls, including ringer volume set to 0 and the silent mode set to vibrate. But for some reason, when I get a phone call, the ringtone plays instead of the phone vibrating.

I do remember when I first got the phone that it would vibrate on ring instead of playing the ringtone. Anyone have any ideas.

Yes. All my sounds are set to the far left. However, when I call it, it plays. The sound bars all move to the middle and play.

I would love to help but I'm having the same issue with some notifications. Ib have the notifications ringer set really low but when I get a Facebook notification it's super loud like it's set v to high volume. Very frustrating... especially at work.
