Sound Profiles

There is probably a better place for this but I wasn't sure where. Does anyone know of an app where you could create sound profiles? I have found a few but for instance I would like to set up one that will put everyone on silent except for a few select people (call and text). There are some times I would like to turn off work related things without going in and changing individual people's contact info but I don't want to just silent my phone as I want others to be able to get through. I've seen apps that I think will allow calls to come through but does anyone know of one that allows texts and calls? Thanks!

Llama lets you create custom sound profiles, and has a feature called "Noisy Contacts" that can override whatever settings your active profile has. I've never used it myself, but just looking at the options I see that it's possible in theory.
