Sound quality switches from good to awful

Help needed. If i'm listening to music or a podcast on my new S9+ the sound quality is fine, it's good. If I take a phone call or a voip call the music will then sound terrible. It sounds as if someone is playing the music on the other end of the phone line. But it won't switch back to normal good sound quality after the phone call. What is going on here and how can I get the sound quality back to normal?

And yes my system does have the latest update.

Did u try restarting your phone....and which network are u on ?

I got the solution I guess
Go to mobile networks
And select LTE only
Then go to APN and reset to default
Restart phone and tell me here what happens
