Sound still plays while on vibrate

Got my new S9+. For some reason my notification sounds still play even though my sound selector is set to vibrate. I'm sure there's some setting I'm overlooking. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm not sure but maybe your notification reminder is On

check it out >>open settings >>Tap on "Accessibility" if is

on - Turned off and tap <<Return button..Restart phone
