Sound/volume messed up after update

2 days ago I upgraded to the latest software on my S7 (SM - G930F) and it seems that I have a lower (not so loud) sound after the update. Lower sound when I get a call, when I play a YouTube video, when I type on the keyboard, lower sound on sent notifications on Whatsapp or Viber and even on calls (yes I know about the extra volume feature during calls but it's annoying to press it on every call). Did anyone else experience this or is it just me and how might I fix it? Thanks.
P.S. I did a settings reset and a factory reset and it's still the same.

Hi Bes2016!

If you have done a factory reset, and it still occurs...then I"m afraid you'll need to take it or mail it in to a Samsung Service Center. You will join many with issues after the update, not sure I've seen the volume issue though.
