ok, I have looked and I am sure I'm overlooking this, but I'm trying to find the adustment, so I won't get sound when typing.

can someone direct me to the spot I need. In setting, found the sound but haven't found this.

I just put it on mute.

Yo, nonie, go to Settings/Applications/RunningApps/ManageApplications/Android keyboard/Settings/Android keyboard/Settings/Sound on keypress. Uncheck Sound on keypress.

That's one of the first things I do to a new device---Make it operate silently!

P.S. The above instructions don't stutter; the titles repeat.
