SoundAlive equalizer / Adapt Sound

For those of you familiar, do these features also affect/enhance the sound quality of phone calls over the handset earpiece or speakerphone? Or is it only for headphones?

I'm pretty sure it said it won't work for headsets. Doubt it affects phone calls. I think it's just media. I could be wrong though

Works well in my car especially for the sub
