Spade wireless charger is not useing wireless

I have took spade power bank but afer 2 day wireless charging is not using we can use by cable but not wireless so pls help me out

If it's happening with multiple phones, then it sounds like an issue with the power bank. If that's the case, you would need to contact support for the power bank to sort out resolving the issue.

I've not heard of Spade before, I try to stick with recognized names when it comes to charging my devices, primarily Anker.

Wait - Kate Spade, the FASHION DESIGNER LINE now has charging products? Someone else probably builds it for them and puts the name on it, but I'll leave the charging products to Anker and the fancy dresses and handbags to Kate Spade...
