Spam in notification window?

Every day I get junk in notification window...

How do I figure what apps they are coming from?

Got rid of mine with "Lookout Ad Network Detector" from Lookout Labs... worked fine

long press the notification and it will give a button "App info" clicking on it will show you the app details sending the notification.

Also, pay attention to the app permissions. If it asks for 'System Tools', that means you're letting it install shortcuts. I know this because Lucky Bingo does the same.

If your rooted use a push ad blocker.

If an app do push notification then thats cheap and i prefer to uninstall the app and get an alternative.

There is always an alternative.

Might be air push. Download an air push detector.
