Hi,
Does any one here have an issue with their plastic speaker accent? I had my phone for about a week and now I notice the speaker trim/accent on the front of the phone is very loose. I can move it up and down with ease. It seems like it will fall off anytime now. No luck with Moto Support yet.

I have noticed on mine that it wiggles a little. Did you have any luck with Moto Support? I don't think mine is to the point that it will fall out. But it does move a little.

Have you tried their online chat order/product support? I find that's the best way to get a hold of them.

I haven't had this issue. However, my OG Turbo had a crunchy ballistic nylon back because it wasn't glued together properly. They sent me two replacements before I got one that was. Don't go through motorola. Verizon customer service will overnight a replacement to you at no charge. It will be refurbished, but since the phone is brand new, for now, they will most likely be sending you a brand new replacement.

Thanks for the tips! I have a case incident still open with moto. They think it's due to physical damage, but it's not. I checked out the floor models at verizon and same issue with all 4 on that were on display. Sounds like a quality issue. I'll attempt to get a replacement at another time since I have been buried with work. So, I'm not in a rush. There is a similar post on the offical moto forums and he was able to get a replacement via support chat. I'll update this thread once I get a resolution.

That's me. I did a livechat with moto support, explained the problem and after waiting for a higher up to approve it, I then got the ok that I would get a code to make another phone and send this one back. Got a return label via email and the code to make a new phone within an hour.

Overall Im very pleased with the process. I have heard some bad things about moto support but my experience has gone well so far. They answered all my questions and followed through with everything they said they would.

One thing to note, I did by my phone from Motorola. I think if it was bought from Verizon you would have to deal with them. I'm not sure the outcome would have been the same or as easy if that was the case.
