Speaker disable

After update all calls made or answered my speaker is activated as a default. Can't dem to disable and use regular handset answer? Where and how do you disable this default?

not sure but maybe try a factory wipe with manual re-sync if all else fails. make sure to back up your data first.

After the update, mine is doing the same thing.
