Speaker has a short or something...?

Just tonite I noticed the sound from my tbolt just ceased to produce any sound at all. Eventually I decided to press on the back speaker and I had sound again. I really don't want to send in my phone, but if it comes down to it I will. I just want to know if anyone else is or had the same problem. Also, whenever I press lightly around the outside edges of my phone, the sound disappears again.

Actually, it is toward the bottom of my phone that cuts the sound out when I press in.
