Speaker just stopped working.

so tonight my speaker stopped working... put headphones in works fine. music speaker phone notification sounds ringtones nothing is working. anyone else have this problem?

Hi, ive got exactly the same problem. Every now and then my speaker stops working but only for media sounds, notifications come through OK. Its really annoying because its totally random and might not happen for days then boom, it stops. Restarting doesn't always help neither does rebooting. I don't know what to do. I wondered whether it was anything to do with apps that use sound but I really don't know.
