speaker phone problem

Anyone else having a tough time using the speaker phone ?
Usually when on a call the other person has a very hard time hearing me so I have to switch it back to regular ear piece

Make sure the secondary mic opening isn't blocked or clogged. It's usually at the top of the phone.
