Speaker stoped working?

Today the speaker phone went and no ring tones, tunes or sounds of any kind? took it to verizon and they were useless. anyone else had this problem? I am getting another phone in the mail, bad battery and now the speaker stops working. I might be going back to the BB, if another problem arises.

OK? I don't believe anyone else has had these issues or I'm sure there would be a multi-page thread about it lol. Have fun with the BB.....
