speakerphone call voice quality?

I talked for 1/2 hr using speakerphone and multiple times the party on the other end complained that I was breaking up. On other calls there were no complaints.

Name a phone this doesn't happen on. There are so so so many variables that can mess with the quality of a phone call.

I like to know why Samsung didn't use the earpiece on top also as a speakerphone

I've noticed that about 50% of the time my initial call has horrible quality. But if I hang up and call back its immediately fixed.
