Speakerphone Malfunction

My AT&T Note 4 acts crazy now. While on a call, the speakerphone just turns on by itself at random times. I know it's not my face doing it as when it happens the icon is not lit. If I cycle it on and the off, its fine. I did wipe whrn it upgraded to Lollipop. Any ideas?

I've been having intermittent issues w/ my AT&T N4 speakerphone since the Lollipoop update. I can't answer an incoming call using the speakerphone most of the time even though the icon is lit after pressing it. No clue if it's an AT&T issue or a Lollipoop one but my speakerphone worked fine on Kit Kat.
