Complain to Tmobile and get a new device.
I've read multiple posts on here about people willing to put up with defective phones.
That shouldn't be the case. These companies will never put out a device that is worth anything if people keep accepting the garbage that is provided to them.
If a feature like that didn't work on an iPhone, Apple would replace it for up to a year! No questions.
RIMM doesn't want a bad reputation either.
HTC will blame Google, and Google will blame HTC, LG, or whichever company makes the particular model people are complaining about.
TMO, VZN, Sprint, will all blame the manufacturer.
At least with the iPhone and the exclusivity with AT&T, there aren't too many places to place blame.
Get a new device. At my company we got 10 of these MT4Gs the day they were release. I have replace 3 of them 2 times and all the others once. There are tons of bad batches out there.
