speaking text messages

I just got my RAZR(upgraded from a Bionic)

The phone is speaking my text messages outloud. I have been through all of the settings but cannot find where this setting is located. the accessibility is disabled.

Can someone please help me.

please does anyone have any ideas at all? I have tried everything. it only reads text messages and who they are from outloud, whether i am in the app or not, it even happens when i am on the phone.

Are you using any third party texting apps?
Have you tried turning on Accessibility to make it do this, then turning it off?
Only other thing I can think of is a factory reset or Contact Support - sorry.

Why don't you call Verizon for some help?

I called verizon and they had no idea how to fix the problem. So after an hour and none of the techs having any idea, i solved this with a factory reset. all is well now.
