Spectrum mobile customer and new s23 ultra

I went buy the Spectrum store by us today, they told me that the 600.00 trade in was only for new customers and they wouldn't accept crack back on my trade in s21 ultra. However I spoke with Spectrum online and they never said anything about either one of these and they know I have cracked back and have been with Spectrum for at least 2 years. Don't understand?

I'm an existing spectrum mobile customer and traded in my old phone, got the $600 promotion plus the amount for the trade-in for my phone.
