Spectrum Mobile - Note 10 or 10+ ??

Does anyone know if Spectrum Mobile will be offering the Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10+ ? Nothing on their website yet. I'm eligible for an upgrade this month.

I'm not sure. You could try to buy an unlocked version, which should work with any carrier I'd think

I went on the Spectrum Mobile site today and it looks like overnight they added both the Note 10 and Note 10+. Since I am eligible for an upgrade, the site instructs me to take my current phone into a Spectrum store to do the no fee upgrade. Obviously I have to wait until 8/23/19.

What do you mean?
The Note and Note 10+ are listed on Spectrum Mobile. You can order one now. For an upgrade, which is what I am looking at, I have to go to a physical Spectrum Mobile store beginning this Friday.

Yea this is strange. When I pre-ordered my wife's Galaxy 10+, I received a shipping confirmation 4 days before release and received the phone a day early.

This time, it's taking them a lot longer. What color did you order? I ordered the white model.

I ended up calling Spectrum for any type of update. The rep wasn't able to see anything different from what I can see. When I look up my order online, it states " Arriving August 23" The rep got back on the phone and said August 25.

I would think movement would start happening today and they'll be delivered in the 23..hopefully

Nothing for us either. I noticed that the new color model (Aurora) is sold out. I ordered the white model.

I spoke to two different people yesterday about my status. The first person said people will receive them August 25. The second person said August 23. Which o don't see that happening unless they ship them overnight. But on my order it has free Fed Ex 2 Day delivery.

My card hasn't been charged yet either.

I am also yet to receive any update. Its the 23rd and no email, no charge, nothing. I really don't want to cancel the pre-order because I dont want to lose the credit for pre ordering. Let me know if you guys have heard anything
