are you rooted? if you are you can use any of the following
screenshot it , Shoot me, Drocap2

if you are not rooted, sometimes it is hit or miss but Shoot me may work , but no promises it is very random who it works for im still trying to narrow it down who and why it works for them.

so please download shoot me and let me know if it works for you, if you are not rooted that is. you can also do it through SDK but thats a little more of an involved process

WiFi I get 4 ish down and 2 ish up.

EvDo I get 53kbps down and 96kbps up. ?!? I'm getting dial-up speeds on the worlds largest and most reliable 3G network. LOLZ
I miss AT&T's network.

Rooted : Drocaps

Unrooted: SDK Method

The best way if you are worried about voiding warrenty is to use the SDK method, here is the link http://www.androidcentral.com/taking-screenshots-w​ithout-root
