speedtest numbers vs WiFi

Having a verizon tower with unlimited data in backyard as well as time warner substation, how fast do you think using mobile hotspot vs. Time Warner Turbo would compare on a gigabit computer?

I'd like to ditch Time Warner, but concerned about Ping number, can anyone help me decide how these would stack up. I know Wifi vs wired gigabit would not be a direct comparison, but if we could pretend it's apples to apples.

Speedtest results: Down : Up : Ping
s6 on Wifi 21.48 : 2.95 : 27
s6 on verizon 46.90 : 10.96 : 72

If you are concerned about ping times, then WiFi fed from fiber or even copper broadband will always be quicker than mobile data.
Even with the tower in your backyard there are significantly greater circuit switching delays.
