spelling check is not working on my Note 5, how can i fix it?

when I am composing email (in regular email client) auto spelling check is not working, but in any other program it is underlining wrong word. I don't understand how it is possible, several times I have activated and deactivated it still it is not working.

Please helop.

Maybe you are not misspelling words in your email? Lol.

Serious note, check your settings in your email app. Make sure there isn't something there to override the system settings. Next wipe app cache via application manager from your settings menu.
