Spigen neo hybrid metal

Anybody out there who has the spigen neo hybrid metal case is struggling with signal? I am having bad signal n can't seem to figure out if it the issue?

I don't have the case, but have you tried removing it and using your phone without a case? At least you can compare with and without the case

And you don't have any other cases to try it on do you? The metal might be making the signal a bit weaker than an all plastic/TPU case would

To be honest i am noticing that now... It is like interfering with the signal.

You can perform a comparison by going into Settings>System>About Device>Status, where you'll find a reading for current signal strength.

The Neo Hybrid Metal was the first case I'd purchased, it looks and feels wonderful, but it does indeed take a bite out of my signal. I lose 15-20 dBm or more compared to an average TPU, which is unfortunate.
