Spigen Neo Hybrid Shiny Black: does it scratch?

I just got the Spigen Neo Hybrid Shiny Black and I absolutely love it. My only concern is that I didn't see the 'Shiny' when I bought it. Given it's not matte I'm afraid it will scratch easy. It's a fingerprint magnet but that's no big deal. But the scratches worry me a bit more.

Does anyone have that one? Does it scratch easy?

Right never mind it's way too slippery. It's a beautiful case but I don't want to have to buy a case because the case could make me drop the phone. It's going back.
