I had emailed spigen to see if and when they would make cases available for the Verizon Note 4. They told me to keep checking the website to check if the T-Mobile AT&T and Sprint only words were gone. Just checked and it no longer says only compatible with those carriers. Finally can order my spigen case and not have to worry about it not fitting.

I just posted in another thread that I did receive two Spigen cases--Neo Hybrid and Slim Armor--that did not fit my Verizon phone. It took a few e mails but I did receive a response that replacement cases would be shipped in a few weeks and to just keep the old ones. Have to give them credit for that. The Neo Hybrid in particular, is really nice BTW.

I just got my neo hybrid today and I love it. Best-fitting and best-looking case I've ever seen. I never got one for my Note 3 because they didn't come in a color I liked but thankfully the Note 4 one comes in blue so I finally got one. I have to say, with my Note 3 I went through 20+ different cases and none were this good.

The fit is really tight and snug, so tight that you feel like it's part of the phone. The back side has a rough grippy texture with soft-touch panels top and bottom. The band running along the sides is matte (but surprisingly not slippery) and has a metallic sort of finish. The inside has rubbery / jelly texture so I highly doubt it could ever scratch the phone. Included some pics taken by my previous Note 3 :)

Those with these Spigen cases, have you tried using your fingerprint scanner yet?

Yes and the finger print scanner works fine, I have the neo hybrid on my black note 4

That's good to know. It didn't work at all for me. I had to buy a new case.

Yup, I have the Neo Hybrid also but in silver. I love it!

I ordered my Silver Spigen Neo Hybrid from Amazon 2 days ago. Received it today a little concerned about the Verizon mic alignment issue. Happy to say it has been corrected. (see photo)

The heart rate monitor is still very difficult to use with the Neo-Hybrid and the SpO2 will not give an accurate reading, no matter how many times I try. I've switched to a UAG case and am glad I did, it's the best case I've ever owned.

Why do you think the Neo Hybrid is causing an issue with the heart rate monitor? The case fit around the lens/monitor housing seems about perfect to me. It doesn't seem to create any obstacles to the way your finger is placed on the monitor.

I also have the Tough Armor case and I can see that getting in the way, but not the Neo Hybrid.

EDIT: Never mind all that, I just took the case off to give it a try and to see what the difference is. Works very easily without the case but I can't get it to work at all With the case.

I've been able to use the heart rate monitor just fine with my Neo Hybrid case on. I tested it again just now and it was able to read my BPM.

Does the slim armor feel like it can slip out of your hand easily due to it being made of smooth plastic on outside?
