I use it every day, my Note 5 is in an Otterbox Defender and it works perfectly.

Check to be sure that you're using a 2A wall adapter, anything less will cause problems. Mine will only connect in the upright position, lay the phone horizontal and it doesn't connect.

Yep but it works good and is cheaper. Although, it doesn't come with an ac wall adapter while the Tylt does so there's that added cost if you don't have one.

Doesn't that case have a metal kickstand? Wonder if that is interfering with the wireless charge connection...

Using a Ringke with mine. Works like a charm. Take it off in the mornings, at 100% and the phone is very cool.

Been using this one for a couple of weeks now. Works flawlessly, in either vertical or horizontal position. Seems to charge reasonably quickly too using the Samsung OEM quick charge plug.

Not to highjack the thread but can anyone that has the Spigen charger and a Note 5 tell me how the two get along? I have read a few scattered posts that it works but there have been issues getting it to charge in portrait mode. Just want to make sure before I get it.

You must have missed where I said it it works with the Samsung charger.
