I am looking for an option to be able to charge/maintain my phones battery leve while plugged into my cars data port for long trips.
I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2, and when plugging the phone into my car and using Android Auto to display the phones info on the cars screen, the cars USB adapter does not have the needed power output to keep the phones battery from draining.
Is there a wire or hub that anyone can recommend that will allow me to be able to tap into both the USB data port for the infotainment as well as the 12v power adapter for full charging capabilities?
