Sprint Best Buy Note 7 return

Insult... kind of like "can't grasp." My post was about BEST BUY, and the info I was given there about how I would have to roll into an edge for additional monies. I have a firm grasp of the english language.

I do not want to use my upgrade on a downgrade to the edge. Are you saying you can buy the edge for $200 without an upgrade? I don't think that is what you are writing. I am hoping Samsung offers the same policy they are now offering in Korea and all will be good.

I was wrong, partially - Sprint S7 was $200 (with $50) rebate S7 Edge was $300 with $50 rebate. Point was, however, that either phone, though a downgrade from the note 7 was $50 to $150 less than the Note 7 under the same terms (subsidized upgrade with 2-year contract) only available from Sprint website (not from Best Buy or even in a Sprint corporate store). However, the incentives being offered by Samsung ($100 off your monthly service bill - not a cash back offer) still apply even if you are getting a subsidized phone as long as its a Samsung Galaxy S7/S7E AFAICT. The point people were trying to make was that there was an equivalent subsidized "upgrade" path available direct from Sprint for the S7/S7E ($200/$250) that was appropriately less than what you paid for your 2-year subsidized Note 7 ($350). But when that information was presented to you and you apparently did not understand or grasp what people were saying, you chose to call them "smart arse". Which is indeed, insulting. Hope you can figure out how to get your Note 7 exchanged because it is essentially a toxic phone that is getting crippling mandatory updates pushed to it (e.g., battery charge restrictions, loss of Gear VR support) and which you can't even take with you if you need to travel by air. I would seriously consider the S7E "upgrade" for the time being until the S8/Note 8 are released in early 2017 at which point even if you have committed to a 2-year subsidized upgrade, you should be able to transition to an S8/Note 8 with little if any additional cost under the same terms. Good luck.
