How in the blue hell can I get this to stop popping up on my phone? I had to reset my phone yesterday and it kept popping up and I hit it by accident and it changed my whole settings around. I had to redo everything. I keep forcing close Sprint ID and I want to disable it but disable it greyed out. Every time I restart my phone it pops up and tells me it is downloaded and ready to install. How can I get rid of it for good?

Have you had any updates for your phone yet?

That was a problem early on and it just went away for most people it seems. I did click OK or whatever once and lost my settings too. I'm guessing the update fixed it but I'm not sure. I didn't restart the phone often early on.

Yes, I have the updates. I had to reset it yesterday. I have had the phone since release. It is really becoming a royal pain in the backside.

I finally broke down and let it install then disabled all the bloat that was installed. I haven't had the popup since. It's annoying to be sure but it seems to go away once doing this.
