I have a sprint s3 on page plus. If I update the OS then I will lose flash. Very tired of every 5 min requesting me to update. how do I stop the update requests????

It likely will loose the flash and who knows what the process will be like to re-flash. I would suggest not doing it and just ignore the notification as annoying as it may be.
