Sprint Galaxy S4: How do I get hotspot for my rooted 4.3 build mk2

I have a rooted galaxy s4 4.3 sprint phone I can't get around the block for wifi tether. I have tried every tether app I believe and still nothing works help please.

I'd be interested to know, never bothered with tethering before on this phone but rooted it today so I could then this update came through and nothing works.

with 4.3 on Sprint there is no longer a way to wi-fi tether without going the root method of wi-fi tethering. this requires replacing two files and would allow native wi-fi tethering or third party apps like PDANet+. make sure the permissiond are correct BEFORE moving them into place otherwise you'll be stuck during the boot stage and could be a ***** to fix.
