Do you have the Sprint Hotspot package for your LG Optimus S? And if so, how does it perform - I'm thinking about adding it.

Download "quik settings" from the market. It is the one with the green logo. Open it, hit settings button on phone, customize, move the wifi hotspot up into the area of visible settings. Turn wifi hotspot on. Whaa Laa! You can tether laptops, ipods whatever you like. Sneaks around the sprint lock on the hotspot.
