Sprint is getting on my nerves....

My name is Ashanta, and I am fairly new to Android Central. I currently own a Sprint LG Optimus S, and it has served me well over this past year. I am however still waiting to get an upgrade with Sprint. One that I would be eligible for very shortly, had they not changed their policy on me. I would love to hear if anyone else is having this problem, and what you have done to circumvent it. Thanks!!
