It was Wi-Fi... not AT&T and to be fair Google had their fair share of technical difficulties at the Google I/O.

It was Wi-Fi AND AT&T that failed at WWDC. Keep in mind that Steve Jobs refused to demo using 3G. Anyone give a thought as to why? Because he knew it wouldn't handle it.

That, and things like video chat don't even work on 3G, because AT&T said no.
