Sprint not letting me add Pick 3 ($5.00 for Pick1)

Having a hard time having Sprint add the SOC for pick 3 (so i can add my google voice number) and yes.... even account services won't do it.

I can however pay $5.00 to add one number to Sprint Home (i think this is also called Sprint 1).

Has anyone added Pick 3 to their account recently?
