Sprint Note 4- Camera Lens protective cover?

Got in my brand new Sprint Note 4 and looking closely at my camera lens, I have a protective film over the lens. Not the packaging stuff, an actual protective film. You can catch your fingernail on the edges and it is like perfed for the actual circle area. Don't know if I was supposed to remove this .. Could just be a brain fart.

Pictures look fine, but then again, I am not a photo guy. Anyone else have this on theirs and did I just miss the part about this?

It's just a protective film for shipping, you can take it off.

I was going to initially, but since the case I want isn't available yet, I might leave it there until it's available. I just noticed it and thought I would ask if anyone else took theirs off.

Yeah, I took mine off. I actually looked for it because it was also on my Note 2 and 3.

The film was not over the lens,, just took mine off and the lens was cut out. Just all around the lens was covered in film with a hole in the middle not covering the actual lens. Oh, well, it's off now

Had one on mine too.....i already took it off. Dont worry it wont hurt anything
