Long story short, I let my friend borrow my Sprint branded Note 5. I called Sprint and they confirmed it was fully unlocked from the day I purchased it, however I had him call Verizon and they manually entered the IMEI number to their systems. The phone works fine for calls and text but there is no data. I'm sure I am just missing something here, I have access to the MSL code and whatnot, I can change the settings if need be but I don't know where to begin. I also haven't seen the phone to actually mess with it yet, I am hoping I have that chance tonight. The phone should work fine with their LTE besides band 12 which is disabled on the Sprint variant but it should still be able to connect to band 4 and band 2. It should also work with Verizon 3G as well.
If anyone can possibly point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
